Second Wind is Culture Cry Wolf‘s newest video and is coming from their debut full-length album, “Día de los Muertos”. Directed and edited by the ever-busy, Adam J Dunn, this visual does an excellent job of matching the theme of the track. Dark basement, dark walls, dark dark – all things that can describe the way we feel when we get down and hopeless. But luckily, we have music like this that makes us realize that we don’t have to feel that way, and that if we help our friends, it will end up helping us in the end. I think they call that karma.
Joining as a guest on this track is Sims, of Doomtree, whose flow seems to basically represent a more life-tested version of Botzy’s. Dropping similar cadences and deliveries, I picture Botzy being in the same position as Sims in about 5-10 years. You can catch Sims live, at the first annual Hip-Hop Harambee!
The only thing I don’t like (hate) about this video is the snakes. WHY THE SNAKES? I FUCKING HATE SNAKES.
Wanna catch CCW live? You can! TOMORROW NIGHT! Lookee heeya:adam dunn, be scene, bescenempls, culture cry wolf, Día de los Muertos, doomtree, second wind, sims, triple rock
